Buying & Paying

A proforma invoice is a formal quotation that includes the selected vehicle(s), shipping, and related costs. To receive it:

1. Visit our website and select the vehicle you are interested in.

2. Fill in all required details on the order page and click “Proceed Order”.

3. We will review your request and begin the inquiry process.

4. Once both parties agree on the terms, the order will be confirmed.

5. You will then receive the official proforma invoice via email.

It is a service provided by MeishanAuto to transport the vehicle from the port of discharge to a designated city, inland border, or consignee’s location.

Since regional logistics costs change frequently, the fee must be calculated manually.
Please include a note when placing your order or contact your account manager, and we will calculate the total price including inland delivery accordingly.

We accept any currency that supports international payments, subject to your preferred method and bank compatibility.

Currently, we accept:
Bank wire transfer (T/T)
Letter of Credit(L/C)
We recommend bank transfers, as they offer a bank-issued payment certificate—one of the most recognized forms of payment proof.

Yes. According to Chinese regulations, all used vehicles must pass a comprehensive inspection before export.
